This video series is based on not only the research I had been doing for Volume II of my never published “Great Awakening” book trilogy, but also nearly 40 years of personal experience, learning, and application.  What I have come to realize is that achieving and maintaining optimal health is actually quite simple. It’s just that we live in a world and System that lies to us about, well, pretty much everything. Without a massive population of those suffering from one chronic disease or another, an entire industrial complex crumbles.  So, the lies and propaganda continue, unabated, because the government is in on the deception as well.

This video series is broken down into 4 basic lessons. The first is understanding the human body’s one primary job and I also cover my background and how I acquired this knowledge.  Part 2 goes over the requirements to create a perfect human diet and why so many are missing the mark when it comes to their own personal choices.

Then, in Parts 3 & 4, I reveal what I eat on a daily basis (and have been for 5 years now), and show how I get all of the requirements necessary to classify what I consume as a “Perfect Human Diet.”  In the final part of this series, I show how I make my daily Essential Nutrient Chocolate Shake, all 22 ingredients, and why I have been consuming it daily for nearly 17 years now. 

I haven’t been to see a doctor for anything since 1998 and have no plans to ever see one again.  I live in peak health and am never sick, so understanding the basic fundamentals of Achieving Optimal Health will allow anyone and everyone to adopt a similar lifestyle and avoid the for-profit Medical Industrial Complex for the remainder of their life as well!
